The company was founded in 1920 by the grandfather of the actual owner.
Mrs. Caterina Bertini is the third generation of a family who started the business with florentine straw hats and bags in the 1920. We export our production in the USA, Europe, Japan and Australia.
Three years ago we introduced the winter collection obtaining a great successful. All our items are completely made in Italy. We use raffia, cotton, lurex, pontova for the summer collection and mohair, wool, viscose, lurex for the winter collections.
Mrs. Caterina Bertini is the stylist of the company. She is used to look at the old photos of her father, who produced in the 60’s years. We produce with our logo CATERINA BERTINI, but we also design and produce for other firm in Italy and abroad. We started few years ago to exhibit in the fair as Mipel in Milan and Premiere Classe in Paris obtaining a great success.
